The Heat & Glo TRUE 50 is a large-format direct-vent gas fireplace designed to create a dramatic focal point in spacious residential interiors. This configuration features Stratford brick refractory, giving the firebox a traditional masonry-inspired appearance that complements classic, transitional, and contemporary home designs. Nine premium cast logs, LED-illuminated embers, and integrated accent lighting create a detailed fireside presentation. Its expansive viewing glass showcases the flame and log arrangement, while the flush-hearth design supports a built-in architectural appearance.

Designed for Natural Gas, the TRUE-50S-IFT delivers a rated input range of 36,000–65,000 BTU per hour. Its IntelliFire Touch ignition system and included RC400 touchscreen remote provide convenient operating control. Virtually invisible anti-reflective ceramic glass reduces glare for a clearer view of the fire, while LED accent lighting allows the fireplace to provide ambiance even when the flames are off. The appliance also includes a gas flex connector and junction box. Optional Heat-Zone and Heat-Out systems can help direct heat to other areas when paired with compatible accessories.

The TRUE-50S-IFT is the Stratford refractory version of the TRUE 50 series. A compatible decorative front must be purchased separately to complete installation. Available choices include black Firescreen, Arched Firescreen, hand-crafted Forge, and Arched Forge designs. An arch kit is required for applicable arched fronts. Professional installation must follow the manufacturer’s current framing, hearth-extension, venting, clearance, and gas-connection instructions.
