All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and When returning an item to, customers must ensure the following items are included in the return package to facilitate a smooth and efficient return process: The item itself: Ensure that the product being returned is in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. Original packaging materials: To guarantee the product's safety during transit and maintain its resale value, it is essential to include all original packaging materials, such as the box, protective wrapping, and any additional packing supplies. Brochures and manuals: Please include any product documentation, such as brochures, manuals, or installation guides that were originally included with the item. Remote control: If the product came with a remote control, make sure to return it as well. Accessories: Include any accessories that were part of the original purchase, such as mounting brackets, hardware, or decorative elements., then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
     ●     Open Boxes: We cannot accept returns on open-box items, as the original packaging is critical to ensuring the product's safety during transit and maintaining its resale value.
     ●     Installed Fireplaces and Heaters: Once a fireplace or heater has been installed, it is considered used and cannot be returned. This policy ensures that all products sold are new and have not been previously installed, guaranteeing the quality and safety of our items.
     ●     Accessories: Due to the nature of fireplace and heater accessories, we cannot accept returns on these items. This policy allows us to maintain the highest quality standards and ensure that all accessories are new and unused when purchased.

Please Note
     ●     A 35% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
     ●     If your item arrives damaged, is committed to providing a seamless resolution to the issue. In such cases, customers are entitled to receive a replacement for the damaged part free of any additional charges. However, if you choose to return the entire item due to the damage instead of receiving a replacement part, please note that our standard return policy will apply. This means you will be responsible for covering the restocking fee as well as shipping costs both ways (for the return of the damaged item and the initial delivery).
     ●     All returns at are subject to a 35% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing returns, inspecting returned items, and restocking products in our inventory. In addition to the restocking fee, customers are also responsible for the initial shipping cost of the item as well as the return shipping costs. These charges will be deducted from your refund amount as well.
