The Heat & Glo SL-7X is a 36-inch direct-vent gas fireplace designed to combine traditional fireside character with a slim, space-saving construction. Its Tranquil Greige ceramic brick refractory adds a warm, neutral brick-inspired texture to the firebox, complementing traditional, transitional, and contemporary residential interiors. Five high-definition ceramic logs, ceramic viewing glass, and LED-illuminated embers create an inviting fireside presentation while enhancing the visual realism of the flames. The SlimLine design is particularly useful for installations where preserving room depth is important.

Designed for Natural Gas, the SL-7X-IFT-TG delivers a rated input range of 17,500–30,500 BTU per hour. Its IntelliFire Touch ignition system and RC400 touchscreen remote provide convenient operating control, while the GFK-160A variable-speed blower helps circulate warm air throughout the room. Battery backup provides additional operating flexibility during power interruptions. The appliance also includes a gas flex connector with shut-off valve, junction box, and approved top- or rear-vent connection options.

The SL-7X-IFT-TG is the Natural Gas configuration with Tranquil Greige refractory. A compatible decorative front is required to complete the installation but is sold separately, allowing the exterior appearance to be customized. Front styles and finishes should be selected according to the manufacturer’s compatibility requirements. Professional installation must follow the current framing, venting, gas-connection, and clearance instructions.
