Description
The Heat & Glo SlimLine SL-5 is a 32-inch traditional direct-vent gas fireplace suited to installations where a relatively shallow appliance profile is useful. The manufacturer’s installation manual, revision O dated May 2026, specifies a Natural Gas input range of 11,250 to 21,000 BTU per hour. It supports approved top- or rear-vent configurations.
This configuration includes IntelliFire Touch ignition, battery backup, a 12-foot control wire, five ceramic logs, tempered glass and glowing embers. A compatible decorative barrier front is required but sold separately. Stratford brick and reflective black glass interior panels, remote-control options, a fan kit and heat-management accessories must be ordered separately when needed.
