Description
The Heat & Glo TRUE 50 is a large-format direct-vent gas fireplace designed to create a dramatic focal point in spacious residential interiors. This configuration combines Tranquil Greige herringbone brick refractory with nine premium cast logs to deliver a traditional masonry-inspired appearance. LED-illuminated embers and integrated accent lighting create visual depth and can provide ambiance even when the flames are off. The expansive viewing glass and refined finishing details make the TRUE 50 suitable for large living rooms, family rooms, and other statement fireplace installations.
Designed for Natural Gas, the TRUE-50TG-IFT delivers a heat input range of 36,000–65,000 BTU per hour. Its IntelliFire Touch ignition system and included RC400 touchscreen remote provide convenient control of fireplace operation. Virtually invisible anti-reflective ceramic glass reduces glare, helping maintain a clear view of the flames and log arrangement. The appliance also includes a gas flex connector and junction box. Optional Heat-Zone and Heat-Out systems can provide additional heat-management flexibility when installed with compatible accessories.
The TRUE-50TG-IFT features the Tranquil Greige herringbone interior and is configured for Natural Gas. A compatible decorative front must be purchased separately to complete the installation. Front options include black Firescreen, Arched Firescreen, hand-crafted Forge, and Arched Forge designs; an arch kit is required for applicable arched configurations. Installation must follow the manufacturer’s framing, hearth-extension, clearance, venting, and gas-connection requirements.
