The Heat & Glo TRUE 36 is a large-view direct-vent gas fireplace designed to deliver the appearance of traditional masonry construction with the convenience of modern gas-fireplace technology. This configuration features Tranquil Greige herringbone brick refractory, creating a warm, neutral interior with a distinctive brick pattern. Seven premium high-definition cast logs, realistic glowing embers, and integrated LED accent lighting enhance the fireside presentation, while the large viewing area creates a striking focal point in living rooms, family rooms, and other residential spaces.

Designed for Natural Gas, the TRUE 36 provides a heat input range of 28,000–45,500 BTU per hour. Its IntelliFire Touch ignition system and included RC400 touchscreen remote offer convenient operating control. Virtually invisible anti-reflective ceramic glass reduces glare, helping maintain a clear view of the flames, while LED accent lighting allows the interior to provide ambiance even when the fire is off. The appliance includes a gas flex connector, junction box, and seven premium cast logs.

The TRUE-36TG-IFT is the Tranquil Greige herringbone version of the TRUE 36 series. Its substantial viewing area and traditional masonry-inspired appearance make it suitable for statement fireplace installations. The decorative front must be selected separately, with options including black Firescreen, Arched Firescreen, and hand-crafted Forge styles. Optional Heat-Zone and Heat-Out systems provide additional heat-management flexibility. Installation must comply with the manufacturer’s framing, hearth-extension, clearance, venting, and gas-connection requirements.
