Its expansive horizontal viewing area showcases an uninterrupted flame presentation, while seven-color LED firebed lighting provides customizable ambiance with or without the fire operating. The sleek, built-in design supports modern architectural installations, including feature walls and entertainment spaces. The Primo II incorporates PowerFlow II heat-management technology to direct heat away from the surrounding wall, supporting the installation of televisions or heat-sensitive finishes above the fireplace when all manufacturer clearances and installation requirements are followed.

Designed for Natural Gas, the PRIMO-II-72 has a rated input range of 42,000–58,500 BTU per hour according to the manufacturer’s current architect guide and product brochure. IntelliFire Touch 2.0 electronic ignition and the included RC450 touchscreen remote provide convenient control. SafeSurface double-pane barrier glass provides a clear viewing experience without a conventional mesh screen. The appliance is also supplied with a 6-inch outside-air starting collar and exterior hood. The required insulated flex duct, SafeSurface barrier glass, selected interior liner, and crushed-glass media are separate purchases, so the base fireplace SKU is not a complete, ready-to-operate package.

The Primo II 72 supports multiple decorative configurations through optional Architectural Fiber, Stone Column, Fluted Black Glass, Marble Black Glass, and Reflective Black Glass interior panels. Firebed options include Copper, Crystal, Graphite, and Smoked crushed glass, with optional Birch, Driftwood, or traditional Oak logs. Crushed glass remains necessary when logs are selected, and River Rock stones are subject to specific media-compatibility restrictions. An optional PRIMO-HEAT-DUCT accessory can distribute a portion of the fireplace’s heat to the same room or another area. Professional installation must follow the current installation manual, approved venting requirements, and appliance rating plate.
