The installation was easy and the quality is top notch. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an aesthetically pleasing electric firebox.

My purchase of the Dimplex 45″ Deluxe Built-in Electric Firebox has certainly been far from satisfactory. The firebox was incredibly difficult to install, and even after following all of the instructions, it still did not run as it should. Moreover, customer service failed to provide any help or assistance despite several requests. Therefore, I must say that I cannot recommend this product to anyone and would advise against getting it for yourself.

Buying the Dimplex 45″ Deluxe Built-in Electric Firebox was a terrible decision on my part! It took forever to assemble and did not produce enough heat as expected due to malfunctioning components inside the device. Moreover, customer service were unable or unwilling to offer any new solutions or assistance whatsoever! In conclusion, please do yourself a favor and stay away from this unsatisfactory product altogether!
