Jotul GI535 New Harbor DV IPI Natural Gas Insert – Black (351429)

The Jotul GI535 DV IPI New Harbor Natural Gas Fireplace Insert – Matte Black (351429) is a direct-vent gas fireplace insert designed for installation into an existing fireplace opening. Inspired by the coastal character of New Harbor, Maine, the insert combines a traditional fire presentation with a clean, modern profile. Its large ceramic-glass viewing area, six-piece high-definition ceramic log set and available surround configurations allow the finished installation to integrate naturally with a range of fireplace interiors.

The Natural Gas configuration provides a 11,500–32,000 BTU/hr input range, while the dual ceramic JøtulBurner™ III system is designed to provide a realistic multi-level flame pattern and up to 64% heat-output turn-down. The IPI Pilot-on-Demand system provides electronic ignition, while Continuous Pilot operation is also available. A multifunction Proflame 2 remote, battery backup, blower capability and top-firing accent lighting are incorporated into the GI 535 IPI system.

The insert is designed for direct-vent co-linear 3-inch intake and exhaust liners and uses a top flue outlet. Installation requires a suitable existing masonry or factory-built solid-fuel fireplace meeting the specified minimum cavity dimensions. The visible installation can be completed with cast-iron or steel overlays, while internal appearance can be customized with Traditional Red Brick, Brownstone Brick, Black Reflective Glass or Black Fluted refractory options.
