Description
The Heat & Glo Phoenix TrueView is a 42-inch open-hearth gas fireplace designed to create the appearance of a traditional open fire without a glass barrier. The manufacturer owner’s manual specifies a maximum input of 65,000 BTU per hour for both Natural Gas and Propane configurations. The base SKU is listed as Natural Gas, and the Propane setup requires the appropriate conversion kit.
The 2026 price guide lists IntelliFire Touch ignition, an RC400 touchscreen remote, ember lights, glowing embers, a square steel grate and a safety firescreen as series equipment. A separate required upgrade kit supplies the selected interior, logs and molded-fiber base-front and side-trim pieces. The buyer must also select the required TrueView wire harness. The Bluetooth speaker system and Grand Vista cabinet-style mesh doors are optional additions.
