The Heat & Glo 8KX-LP-SJ is a 42-inch traditional direct vent gas fireplace designed for built-in residential installations. Operating on propane, it delivers 23,000–44,000 BTU per hour and supports top or rear venting. The IntelliFire Touch ignition system and included RC400 touchscreen remote provide convenient operation, while the generous viewing area creates an inviting focal point.
This configuration features the large traditional Serene Jute refractory interior and includes six premium ceramic fiber logs, glowing embers, anti-reflective ceramic glass, LED accent lighting, a variable-speed fan and battery backup. The required decorative front is sold separately, allowing the completed fireplace to be customized to suit the room.
