The Heat & Glo 8KX-BL is a 42-inch direct vent gas fireplace designed for built-in residential installations. Operating on Natural Gas, it delivers 23,000–45,000 BTU per hour and supports top or rear venting. IntelliFire Touch ignition and the included RC400 touchscreen remote provide convenient control, while the generous viewing area creates an impressive focal point.
This configuration features a two-sided reflective black glass and matte glass interior liner, creating a contemporary appearance that enhances the visual depth of the flames. It includes six premium ceramic fiber logs, glowing embers, LED-illuminated embers, a variable-speed fan and battery backup. LED accent lighting is not used with this black glass liner configuration. A decorative front is required to complete the fireplace and is sold separately.
